You must be at least 21 years old to register and use crownph. This is a mandatory PAGCOR requirement for all real-money online gaming in the Philippines. Underage access is a violation of Philippine law and these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one crownph account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — even with different email addresses or mobile numbers — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and must return to a payment method registered in your name. crownph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Collusion, use of automated software, exploiting game errors, or any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. crownph reserves the right to void winnings and suspend accounts where fraudulent or abusive play is identified.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's regulatory oversight mechanisms. crownph complies with applicable Philippine legislation.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and crownph ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the crownph platform at crownph.club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the crownph platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to crownph is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21 is a violation of Philippine law and these Terms, and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use crownph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

4.1 To access real-money services on crownph, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and mobile number.
4.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account with crownph. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate Accounts identified will be closed, and any funds held in such Accounts may be forfeited.
4.3 KYC Verification. crownph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. You must submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Accepted documents include a Philippine System Identification (PhilSys/national ID), passport, UMID card, or driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office.
4.4 You agree to promptly update your Account information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.5 crownph reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any Account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise impermissible conduct.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person or permit any third party to access your Account.
5.2 You agree to notify crownph immediately via Live Chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, loss or theft of your login credentials, or any other security incident relating to your Account.
5.3 crownph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that crownph acted in good faith on instructions received through your Account before notice of unauthorised access was received.
5.4 crownph staff will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from crownph requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
6.1 All deposits on crownph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
6.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and PesoNet, subject to availability and any minimum or maximum limits specified for each method.
6.3 crownph does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name that matches the identity on your crownph Account. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
6.4 You agree that all funds deposited to crownph are intended solely for wagering on the Platform and not for any other purpose. Using crownph as a money transfer or currency exchange mechanism is strictly prohibited.
6.5 crownph reserves the right to apply transaction limits, request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits, and decline or reverse deposits at its discretion for compliance or risk management reasons.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be made by Players who have completed crownph's KYC identity verification process. Unverified Accounts will not be able to process withdrawals until the required documentation has been reviewed and approved.
7.2 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and that matches the KYC information on your crownph Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or accounts that were not used for deposits will not be processed.
7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified. crownph targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts, subject to normal transaction processing conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may differ depending on the receiving bank's internal processing schedule.
7.4 crownph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been detected on the Account. Such checks may extend processing timelines.
7.5 Winnings derived from the use of Bonus Balance are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms before they may be withdrawn.
Each crownph promotion is governed by its own specific terms covering wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Read the full terms of any offer before claiming it. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
8.1 crownph may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. The availability, value, and conditions of any promotion are set at crownph's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.
8.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and must be completed within the time limit specified for that promotion.
8.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. The following activities constitute misuse of bonuses and may result in cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and suspension of the Account:

9.1 Each game available on crownph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
9.2 All slot and non-live games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. 9.3 In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a gaming session, crownph's gaming system records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any affected round. crownph shall not be liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the Player's side.
9.4 In circumstances where a game has been made available or a bet has been settled due to a manifest error or technical fault (including but not limited to incorrect odds or game configurations), crownph reserves the right to void affected bets and/or reverse incorrectly credited winnings, regardless of whether the Player has already withdrawn such amounts.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crownph Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

12.2 You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the crownph Platform for your personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any crownph content without prior written consent.
12.3 Any unauthorised use of crownph intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, crownph shall not be liable for:
13.2 crownph's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that it is your sole responsibility to make informed decisions about your participation. crownph does not guarantee any outcome, winnings, or return from participation in any game.
14.1 crownph reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance — in any of the following circumstances:
14.2 Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to applicable compliance checks.
14.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting crownph support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Closure does not affect any outstanding obligations between you and crownph that arose prior to closure.
15.1 crownph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crownph will notify registered Players via email or a prominent on-site notice with reasonable advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the crownph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
15.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available on the crownph website and supersedes all prior versions.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and crownph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through crownph's internal support and complaints process. You may submit a complaint to crownph support via Live Chat or email, and crownph will respond within five (5) business days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaints mechanism, which is available to all players of PAGCOR-regulated platforms.
16.4 Subject to clauses 16.2 and 16.3, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be otherwise resolved.
